Valuation work is a key part of our services. Headed by Knight Frank Director Callum
Bain, our experienced and dedicated team of expert valuers, supported by our intensive

Compulsory Purchase is a particularly specialised area - we provide a comprehensive
service to all land and property owners affected by the CPO process. Our professional
advice ranges from the making of the order through to oral hearing, assessment of
compensation and arbitration, if necessary.

Our team also provides professional services in property related litigation, working
under RICS regulations and Civil Procedure Rules. Expert reports are prepared in
relation to family or matrimonial disputes, negligence and diminution in values.
