Strategic advice on sales and disposals

The department, headed by Knight Frank Ireland Director Keiron Diamond, is retained by clients throughout Ireland, having specialist knowledge in and long experience of Retail Property in Dublin City and in towns and cities countrywide. Over the years, it has been involved in deals in every major shopping centre scheme in the country and has sold or acquired units in these centres and on every major high streets throughout Ireland.

It also advises on strategy regarding acquisitions and disposal of high profile retail chains such as Meteor Mobile, Paddy Power, Centra, Luigi Malone’s, Independent Pizza Co. and Bernard John Jewellery. We have particular expertise in pharmacy, providing the full range of consultancy services to Sam McCauley Chemists, Paddy Hickey Pharmacies and I.P.O.S.

Rental levels

Over the many years he has practised in Retail Property, Department head Keiron Diamond has gained an extensive knowledge of and expertise in not only the property aspects of retailing, but also an understanding of retailing itself.

Lately, he has also been involved in troubleshooting for various tenants in re-negotiating their rental levels.
