Headed by Knight Frank Ireland Managing Director, Paul McDowell, we have acquired
in excess of €1.5 billion of European properties on behalf of Wealth Management,
Banks, Institutional and Private Clients. We specialise in the Irish, UK, French
and German investment markets, but also advise on others, keeping abreast of optimum
potential asset returns globally.
Driven by client demand and leveraging upon our expertise, we expanded our service
range recently to provide an Asset Management division providing a one-stop shop.
We currently asset manage in excess of €350 million worth of property on behalf
of our clients.

financial management of properties, focusing on optimising rental income whilst

void management, strategic advice on sub-letting, configuration, tenant mix etc.
