Having acquired a wealth of specialisation over the years in lands/sites suitable
for development purposes, we act on behalf of landowners, investors and developers.
Our full service range includes development appraisal, site valuation for funding
purposes, site sourcing/acquisition and site disposal.
In recent years the department, headed by Knight Frank Ireland Director Mark Smyth,
has been involved in the sale of some significant sites and land banks throughout
the country.
The Department has also been involved in the negotiation of a number
of high profile joint venture partnerships, matching landowners and developers together
and setting out the development agreement between the parties.
